How to play Tic-Tac-Toe
You play as X and move first; the computer plays O. Click any empty square to place your mark. The first player to line up three in a row — across, down, or diagonally — wins. If the board fills with no line, it's a draw.
Difficulty
- Easy — the computer moves at random. Great for a quick, winnable game.
- Medium — the computer plays well about half the time.
- Unbeatable — the computer uses the minimax algorithm and plays perfectly. The best you can do is force a draw!
Your win/loss/draw tally is kept for the session. Fancy something else? Try Memory Match or Minesweeper, or see all games.
